About the Role

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR and Organizational Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and programs to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to middle managers and directors to ensure effective leadership and management practices
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR or organizational development role
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans and HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
