Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer at EvenUp, you'll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of business and technical problems, build machine learning models, and design and deploy production-ready pipelines. You'll be a strategic partner for leaders across the organization, driving business impact through machine learning and building strong partnerships with product teams to understand and address future technology needs.
We're looking for someone with experience building machine learning systems deployed to production, industry or research experience in NLP, information retrieval, or entity resolution, and the ability to communicate technical ideas in easy-to-understand terms. If you're passionate about data-driven development, thrive on new challenges, and are looking to take your craft to the next level, we'd love to hear from you.
**What You'll Do:**
* Build and deploy machine learning models in production that impact the lives of our customers
* Be a strategic partner for leaders across the organization on driving business impact through machine learning
* Build strong partnerships with product teams to understand and proactively address future technology needs and current developer pain points
* Develop methods and algorithms from first principles where necessary
