Financial Director

Dulcedo Management is a leading talent management group in Canada and North America, with a presence in the Old Port of Montreal, Toronto, and remotely around the world. Our team of experienced agents represents and manages the careers of over 500 fashion models, hundreds of Olympic and professional athletes, show business celebrities, esports stars, and top-tier web influencers.

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading our finance function, developing financial strategies, and ensuring the company's financial performance is aligned with its goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, cash management, and risk management.
  • Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial information.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management roles, with a proven track record in financial planning and strategy, accounting, and budget management.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
