About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Van Driver to join our team at VC Courier Service Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up packages, messages, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service to our clients.
  • Operate and Drive company vehicles, including vans and light trucks, to transport various items and products.
  • Communicate Effectively with central dispatch and other team members to receive and relay information.
  • Record Keeping is essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of items received and delivered.
  • Package Sorting and organization are crucial to ensuring smooth delivery operations.
  • Navigation skills are necessary to follow directions and read maps to optimize delivery routes.
Requirements
  • A valid Class 5/5F/G Licence is required to operate company vehicles.
  • Attention to Detail is essential to ensure accurate delivery and record-keeping.
  • Fast-Paced Environment requires the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Weight Handling involves lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of packages and items.
  • Personal Suitability includes being organized, a team player, and punctual.
