Job Description

Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Dynacare. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in the delivery of services for the Ontario Cervical Screening Program (OCSP) and Pathology Centre of Excellence (PCOE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support as required to ensure the smooth operation of the OCSP and PCOE.
  • Monitor operations for the OCSP and PCOE, and escalate issues to management and other leadership teams as needed to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Provide input to the immediate manager's strategic and operational plans and directions to ensure ongoing effective positioning and integration of the program throughout the organization.
  • Ensure proactive customer service, including professional and personal assistance to all internal and external clients, investigation of inquiries, review of customer complaints, implementation of corrective actions as appropriate, and interpretation of departmental information as required.
  • Collaborate with Dynacare management and other leadership teams to ensure operational compliance as outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) for OCSP.
  • Support issue management both internally and externally with clients and collaborators.
  • Establish, monitor, measure, and report assigned program performance metrics (KPI/KQI); analyze and identify issues impacting operational performance.
  • Coordinate and oversee anatomical pathology projects nationally, informing the status of projects to ensure they are on track and following up with the appropriate stakeholders to support the organization's goals.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in managing complex projects.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications.
  • Principles of quality management and continuous process improvement, including KPIs.
  • Normal office environment.
  • Prolonged sitting, some standing, telephone use, dexterity using keyboard use.
