Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Empire Protection Inc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Personnel: Oversee the activities of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and ensure that all necessary protocols are followed.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on security incidents, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to security personnel on safety procedures, company policies, and best practices.
  • Client and Guest Services: Assist clients and guests with special needs and ensure that their safety and security are maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Language: English

  • Organized: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring that all necessary protocols are followed.
  • Reliability: You will be required to be reliable and trustworthy, ensuring that our clients and guests feel safe and secure at all times.
  • Team Player: You will be working as part of a team, and will be required to collaborate with other security personnel and departments to ensure the smooth operation of our security services.
