We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist, Well-being, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion to join our team at the National Research Council Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and programs that promote a healthy and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement human resources strategies and programs that promote well-being, equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on human resources policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Develop and implement training programs and resources to promote a healthy and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform human resources strategies and programs.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as human resources, industrial relations, or organizational development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on well-being, equity, diversity and inclusion.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful human resources strategies and programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $96,887 to $107,696 per year.
