Job Title: Senior Manager, S&OP and Supply Chain Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Chain Planning functions in Canada. As a key member of our Supply Chain leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving supply chain efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement S&OP processes to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Lead a team of demand planners to develop and maintain accurate forecasts, drive fill rates, and reduce inventory levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain improvement strategies and bring supply chain issues to commercial negotiations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to advance Church & Dwight's strategies and drive business growth
  • Provide strategic leadership to the new SKU approval process, including approval hurdle management and development of implementation timelines
Requirements:
  • BA in related field, MBA preferred
  • 7-10 years' experience in Sales and Operation Planning, supply planning, and overall supply chain operations
  • Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and influence skills
  • Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder and/or other comparable forecasting software solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP/APO
  • 5-7 years in Consumer-Packaged Goods environment is desirable
  • Solid understanding of lean and six sigma
  • Experience working within an international matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to influence customers and advance strategies inside Canadian retailers
