About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a Banquet Server, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded in a function setting.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure guests' needs are fully attended to in a function setting.
- Gather and transport all supplies required for function setup.
- Set tables and back-of-house prep space according to service standards.
- Prepare mise-en-place for events.
- Serve food and beverage components as per Four Seasons' standards.
- Previous experience serving is required.
- Previous experience in catering work or high-volume functions is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying 20+ pounds.
- Excellent commitment to service.
- Must have Serving it Right Certificate.
- Ability to work in Canada.
- Access to affordable shared staff accommodation.
