Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Trillium Montessori Educational Company Ltd. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being of children at all times.
  • Supervise and support staff, trainees, and volunteers to ensure a cohesive and effective team.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the health, safety, and well-being of children.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent.
  • Montessori Early Childhood Teacher Certificate or equivalent.
  • Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
