Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at H&S Contracting Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- 5 years or more of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software
- 1 to 2 people will be supervised
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
