About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 544562 Alberta Ltd. o/a Cosmos Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Staff Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and serve high-quality food.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and food service areas to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
