Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at 2439033 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours:

30 hours per week.
