Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Salesforce. As a key member of our Signature Success Plan team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business value for our enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Orchestrate all deliverables for Signature customers, including onboarding, contract renewal, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide a unified Signature experience for customers.
- Drive customer success metrics and handle escalations and red accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert guidance to customers.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or project leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and use cases.
- Salesforce product certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of influencing effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative and ownership in driving projects forward.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
