About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Technologist to join our team at J and K Heating Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures to support our manufacturing processes
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and initiatives
  • Prepare and interpret engineering design drawings and specifications
  • Prepare contracts and tenders for clients
  • Develop and maintain standards and schedules for our operations
  • Test and validate machines and equipment to ensure quality and performance
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of locations and will be expected to be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Client-focused and organized
