About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Back End Software Engineer to join our Channels Enabling Platform team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing best practices for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Content Management, ensuring extreme reliability, security, resiliency, and architectural simplicity.

You will work closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into working website functionality and content, utilizing modern Agile software engineering practices, including DevOps and cloud services. Your expertise in AEM, Java, and J2EE will be invaluable in driving the success of our digital transformation.

As a Technical Lead, you will mentor junior team members and act as a senior developer within the platform. Your ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and drive technical excellence will be essential in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement AEM best practices and Content Management solutions
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into working website functionality and content
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code using modern Agile software engineering practices
  • Mentor junior team members and act as a senior developer within the platform
Requirements
  • Experience working as a senior software engineer with a focus on back-end web development
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java/J2EE
  • Broad understanding across AEM related domains, exposure to git and GitHub, DevOps, Cloud, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
