Position Overview:
As an O2C Customer Solutions Analyst, you will oversee the order capture process and ensure smooth delivery, driving the Perfect Order Cycle. Your role will involve streamlining the O2C flow by guaranteeing accuracy, timely execution, and high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
This Talent Pool is intended for filling full-time permanent and/or contract positions within the O2C team as opportunities arise throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance Order to Cash operations for the designated Customer Portfolio.
- Address Demand Capture failures and resolve blocked orders through the order filtering process.
- Validate customer deductions and compliance fines.
- Investigate transportation, warehousing, and billing issues within established Service Level Agreements.
- Review and analyze returns and refusals, ensuring compliance with destruction policies where applicable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to rectify master data issues and pricing exceptions that lead to order blocks or failures.
- Provide updates on order status to customers and internal teams, monitoring open orders in accordance with policy.
- Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement using LEAN and Focus Improvement methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues while balancing daily operational demands.
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred, as collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experienced in conducting root cause analysis for accurate order fulfillment.
- Project management experience, either supporting or leading initiatives.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain principles and processes.
