Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Randstad Digital. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the backlog and creating a list of backlog items and prioritizing them based on the overall strategy, business objectives, scope, budget, and time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the backlog and create a list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy, business objectives, scope, budget, and time.
  • Play a primary communicator role and link between stakeholders and the team.
  • Gather requirements and communicate status of deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs to effectively manage the development process.
  • Play a primary role in inspecting and evaluating development progress through each iteration.
  • Identify detailed acceptance criteria on User Stories and document proposed solution, its scope, and requirements.
  • Verify and validate business requirements using prototyping techniques, traceability matrices, as well as definition of scenarios and test cases.
  • Write, review, and recommend changes on documentation (business processes, system documentation, and procedures) to facilitate user training and integration of new processes and technologies within current operations.
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with good analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, computer science, or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in product owner position in a data-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge in Cloud, Data Lake, Data Warehouses (Data Vault, Informatica, PL/SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, Hadoop, AWS S3).
  • Certified Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO I, PSPO II).
  • Scrum master experience is an asset.
  • Extensive understanding of the Agile development process and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience and application knowledge in the insurance field would be a big asset.
