About the Role

Babylonchain is revolutionizing the decentralized world with a new public Cosmos-SDK PoS blockchain. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to join our remote-first team and drive our marketing strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a compelling marketing strategy to promote Babylonchain's vision and products
  • Collaborate with the CMO and strategy team to create engaging content and campaigns
  • Manage the marketing budget and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Plan and execute events, including sponsorships, speaking engagements, and promotional materials
  • Partner with the design team to develop effective marketing materials
  • Coordinate campaigns across marketing, BD, and developer teams
  • Develop and use performance metrics to assess marketing efforts and optimize campaigns
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the Web3 industry
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to building and nurturing technical communities
  • Firm grasp of all aspects of Web3 marketing
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-growing early-stage marketing team
