Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Dr. Phone Fix. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Sell merchandise and promote our products to customers
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales team members
As a Sales Supervisor at Dr. Phone Fix, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. You must be able to handle pressure and maintain attention to detail while working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or retail management
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week
- Fluency in English
