About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at Toss Thai. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, including forecasting revenue and expenses, and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics, to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensuring that customer feedback is acted upon to drive continuous improvement.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including social media, advertising, and promotional activities, to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Supplier Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we get the best possible prices and quality.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in budget management, staff supervision, and operational planning
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business administration an asset
