Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Clerk at Service Ontario Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered, ensuring clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Issue receipts and other forms, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints, providing meaningful information and services to meet their needs.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Receive payments and process transactions in a secure and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Basic security clearance, bondability, and a credit check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience working in a similar field of employment.
