Customer Experience Manager

About the Role:

The Customer Experience Manager is a key member of our store leadership team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving top-line sales. This role requires a values-based leader who can coach and develop a high-performing team, while maintaining operational excellence and visual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales floor and coach team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive top-line sales, including performance management, selling, and visual merchandising.
  • Support operational excellence by maintaining payroll management, merchandise availability, and visual standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless communication and execution of required actions.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating company values and policies, and inspiring a team to deliver total company contribution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to link company strategies to day-to-day activities and inspire a team to deliver results.
  • Experience reviewing business reports and insights, and taking immediate action to achieve results.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
  • Ability to use technology, including headsets, mobile devices, and computers.
