Logistics Coordinator

Zhoudong Logistics is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and commercial facility.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Method of Shipment: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods to and from our warehouse and commercial facility.
- Schedule Distribution of Goods: Organize the delivery of goods to customers and ensure timely receipt of shipments.
- Assemble Containers and Crates: Prepare and pack goods for shipment, ensuring accurate and efficient loading.
- Inspect and Verify Incoming Goods: Conduct quality checks on incoming goods and verify against invoices and other documents.
- Maintain Internal Record-Keeping System: Accurately record and track inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related data.
- Route Goods to Appropriate Storage Areas: Ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods within our warehouse.
- Pack Goods to be Shipped: Prepare goods for shipment, adhering to packaging and labeling standards.
- Unpack Goods Received: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and condition.
- Oversee Loading and Unloading of Goods: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
- Pay and Receive Payments for Goods: Process payments for goods received and ensure accurate financial records.
- Valid Driver's Licence: Possess a valid driver's licence to operate company vehicles.
- Overtime Required: Be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
- Tight Deadlines: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion of logistics-related tasks.
- Weight Handling: Be able to lift and move goods up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required.
Our warehouse and commercial facility operate in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Language and Work TermThis is a permanent position, requiring English language proficiency. The work term is 30 to 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
