Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Compassionate Care Home & Hospital Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Personal Support Worker will provide high-quality personal care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as feeding, laundry, and light housekeeping.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Criminal record check, Child Abuse Registry check, and Adult Abuse Registry check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide care in a variety of settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note that this is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will be required to work 32 hours per week. The language of work is English.
