Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Quick Tire LTD. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods to and from our warehouse, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Schedule Distribution of Goods: Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient use of warehouse space.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of incoming goods, and verify against invoices and other documents.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping System: Accurately record and maintain inventory levels, shipment details, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
