Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at MP Accounting and Finance Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals. This role will involve leading and managing a team of professionals, allocating resources, and making key decisions to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure effective execution of business strategies
  • Allocate resources, including financial, human, and material resources, to support business growth and success
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation
  • Manage events and activities to promote business growth and engagement
Work Environment:

The General Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations, with experience in leading and managing teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or operations
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to represent the organization effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
