Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at G & B FUEL & CNVCE STORE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Facilities: Regularly inspect our facilities to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of equipment, and recommend these to management.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaners in performing their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time and that staff are working efficiently.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1-2 people.
