Position: Healthcare Patient Coordinator

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with potential for some weekends and evening shifts)

Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $22.00 to $28.00, based on experience. The specific wage will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and lasting impression
• Optimize the appointment schedule to minimize gaps and maximize efficiency
• Manage the recall system and maintain an accurate patient database
• Handle patient inquiries regarding appointments, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
• Process referral letters and manage patient correspondence; maintain and organize patient records and charts

About You:
• At least 1 year of administrative experience
• A clinical background and familiarity with dental software programs is an asset
