Position Overview:
As a Community Support Cleaning Facilitator, you will engage in meaningful work that directly impacts the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. Your role will primarily involve assisting tenants in developing essential independent living skills, particularly in the areas of cleaning, laundry, and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to tenants residing in various community apartment buildings.
- Collaborate with tenants in their living spaces and in diverse community environments.
- Be an integral member of a dedicated mental health team that advocates for and supports clients.
- Utilize your skills to help tenants achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications:
- A post-secondary education in social services, personal support, or life skills training is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals who have diverse and complex health and psycho-social needs.
- Strong time management abilities and the capacity to work independently in client homes and community settings.
- Fluency in a language other than English is considered an asset.
