About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Innovative Cleaning Solutions Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
