Job Summary
Sunglass Hut is a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses with over 1600 retail stores across North America. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers and meet sales targets.
- Contribute to a positive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company standards.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store and optimal inventory levels.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
