About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Specialist to join our team at MTU Maintenance Canada Ltd. in a dynamic and challenging role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Source and procure high-quality equipment, materials, and services from suppliers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics and operations
  • Manage contracts and negotiate terms with suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data to optimize processes and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
