Optician Student

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Optician Student to join our team at LensCrafters in LaSalle, QC. As an Optician Student, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the sale of eyewear products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist customers with their eyewear needs, including selecting frames and lenses.
• Work closely with the optician team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of eyewear orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an opticianry program.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active pursuit of certification as a LensCrafters Inspector.
• Active pursuit of the LensCrafters Quality, Adjustment, and Adjustment program.
• Previous experience in customer service and sales.
