The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership and direction to Eastern Counties Ontario Youth for Christ, fostering a flourishing work environment through staff development and community interaction. This role is responsible for implementing the Board's vision, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing the overall operations of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Provide overall leadership for the staff team, ensuring effective time management, collaborative leadership, and relational strengths.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic plan to carry out the Board's mission, focusing on community impact, youth discipling, and leader development.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with churches, community groups, and youth networks, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
  4. Oversee the general operations of ECONYFC's Chapter administration, including budget development and monitoring, fundraising, and marketing.
  5. Ensure the organization's policies and procedures are up-to-date and implemented, adhering to YFC Canada's guidelines and applicable government regulations.
**Requirements**

The Executive Director will possess excellent business acumen, financial stewardship, fundraising leadership, and marketing skills. They will be a collaborative leader with strong relational strengths, able to foster staff involvement and commitment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth ministry, community impact, and leader development.
