About the Role: We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mobile Device Support Specialist. This role encompasses the complete support of our employees across all functional areas, ensuring optimal understanding and maximizing the effectiveness of our Netsuite system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile devices, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Prepare shipping orders and perform warehouse-related tasks, maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Enter data and generate reports, providing valuable insights to optimize our operations.
- Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, participating in mandatory training and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to provide recommendations for problem resolution and participate in optimization meetings and exercises.
- Comply with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and R2 Standards, as well as Ontario Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytic skills.
- Intuitive with technology and able to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Openness to work on various optimization, digital, and IT projects.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to pass a federal background check.
- Effective communication skills in English (mandatory) and French (non-mandatory).
