About the Role

This is a rewarding career opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to providing a high level of service to our residents. As a Registered Nurse with Plan A Sarnia Chatham, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care to residents in our long-term care facilities
  • Assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid CNO license as a Registered Nurse
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting
  • Be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights
  • Be able to travel to different locations within the Sarnia-Lambton and Chatham-Kent areas
