Job Summary

AISLING BAILE INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting and forecasting for housekeeping supplies and services.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate maintenance and repair services, including scheduling and supervising contractors.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and appraisals for housekeeping staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
