Hotel Operations Director

Manga Hotel Group, a leading Canadian hospitality company, is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Director of Hotel Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing revenue and sales across our portfolio of hotels.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize Operational Processes: Deploy your expertise in hotel operations to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity across various departments.
- Measure and Improve Performance: Consistently measure hotel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to exceed target goals.
- Ensure Brand Compliance: Ensure all hotels meet brand guidelines for service, quality, and training, promoting a consistent guest experience.
- Collaborate with Finance: Work closely with the finance team to set and achieve financial goals, monitor key performance indicators, and drive revenue generation.
- Lead Revenue and Sales: Oversee the overall revenue, sales, and operational performance of the hotels assigned to you.
- Hotel Operations Expertise: Significant experience in hotel operations, preferably with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and/or IHG.
- Executive Experience: A minimum of ten years' executive experience managing operations in the hotel industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the full-service hotel industry, including industry trends and best practices.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with hotel property management systems and other relevant software.
- Extended Health Care: Comprehensive benefits package.
- On-Site, Full-Time: Monday to Friday schedule.
- St. John's, Newfoundland: Work location in a vibrant city.
