Job Title: Interior Designer

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team at Groupe Marchand Architecture & Design Inc. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed specifications and plans for interior spaces, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment to create interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes.
  • Consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space.
  • Advise on selection of colours, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture, and other items.
  • Develop plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed drawings.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in interior design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
