About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at 1071196 B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and excellence in our culinary offerings.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and manage kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory and Record Management: Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations and minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and safe for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
