Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jaibadrivishal Food Services O/A Made In India. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that staff are aware of and adhere to quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
