Job Description

Altis Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Order Processor to join our team. As an Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Review and Processing: Review and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details such as ship dates and notes are correct.
  • Warehouse Operations: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely processing of outbound orders and maintain efficient outbound order flow.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any order issues, including stockouts and A/R issues, and following up with customers or Sales Representatives as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Manage all customer EDI transactions, update inventory allocations, and customer notes as needed.
  • System Administration: Set up new customers in the DoveTale ERP system and enter and invoice outbound orders.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience with MS Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word) and 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and switch focus quickly.
