Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for advising customers on lease options, answering leasing inquiries, and completing paperwork for payouts and financing. You will also establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on lease options and answer leasing inquiries
  • Complete paperwork for payouts and financing
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers
  • Maintain contact with customers on a timely basis and in a professional manner
  • Account for all documents and ensure none are missing
  • Establish and enforce product-knowledge standards
  • Set appointments and resell leases that are coming to an end
  • Support and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale
  • Exhibit a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability
  • Comply with all federal, provincial, and local regulations that affect service operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years dealership experience in leasing and/or sales
  • OMVIC certification required
  • Dealer CRM system experience required
  • Experience in the retail automotive environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business
  • High motivation, energy, and ability to perform with minimal supervision
  • Ability to think quickly and multitask
  • Comfort with computers and external communication
  • Willingness to create and work within a fun atmosphere

Compensation

This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience, and commission earnings. The rate is $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year.
