Join Our Team as a Construction Project Leader

Education: Completion of high school diploma is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the construction field is essential.

Work Environment

The role involves working in conditions that may be dusty and noisy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess project expenses and required materials.
  • Organize and manage project timelines and activities.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Oversee team performance and project execution.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members.
Team Management

Supervise a small team consisting of 3-4 personnel.

Industry Background

A solid background in construction is mandatory.

Transportation Requirements

Candidates must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Working Conditions

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.

Essential Equipment

Required safety gear includes a hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
