Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance on commercial facilities, condo towers, and tenant spaces.
  • Inspect and diagnose plumbing issues, making recommendations for repairs and replacements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and clients.
  • Mentor apprentices and provide guidance on plumbing best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to prioritize work orders and optimize service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Trade certification (Red Seal) and gas A or B ticket.
  • Valid class 5 license and a clean 5-year driving abstract.
  • Service experience in a mechanical service company.
