Software Support Specialist

Mondex Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Software Support Specialist to join its Toronto office. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining current systems, consulting with management and users on potential software-based solutions, automating business processes, and providing general technical support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard and offboard users
- Assist with users' software and hardware-related issues
- Create new automations for existing processes
- Rework existing applications in Power Apps
- Manage and optimize backup systems
- Write scripts to assist with repetitive tasks
- Suggest technical solutions to existing problems
- Engage with vendors and third parties regarding IT-related needs
- Help manage existing legacy systems
- Communicate with management in a non-technical manner about technical issues
- Proficient in Office 365 administration
- Proficient in Dynamics 365 administration
- Proficient in Power Apps
- Proficient in Power Automate
- Proficient in Python
- Knowledge of APIs (structure, managing requests and responses)
- Knowledge of OCR Technologies
- Knowledge of Javascript
- Knowledge of Azure
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts
Salary based on skill and experience level. Full-time position with the candidate expected to work in-office at our downtown location.
