Job Title: Senior Sales Specialist

Job Description:
The Senior Sales Specialist is responsible for being the main point of contact for Builders, Renovators, and Homeowners involved in construction projects. The role involves expertise in Civil/Construction Engineering, framing & carpentry knowledge, and blueprint reading. Responsibilities include conducting site measures, quality take-offs, CRM management, forecasting, accounts receivable, and monthly reporting for key product categories.
About the Role:
This is a key position within AppleOne, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the construction industry, with a focus on trim & doors, windows, siding, and exterior doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Builders, Renovators, and Homeowners.
- Conduct site measures and quality take-offs to ensure accurate quoting and project execution.
- Manage CRM systems to track client interactions, sales pipeline, and project progress.
- Forecast sales revenue and provide regular reporting to management.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment from clients.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Civil/Construction Engineering and framing & carpentry knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
