Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Clerk at the Service Ontario Centre. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our services and policies
  • Process customer transactions and issue receipts as needed
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
  • Basic security clearance and bondability required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
