About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at EightSix Network. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and marketing initiatives, leading a team of sales and customer service professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize store performance and profitability through effective sales strategies and team management
- Train and develop sales and customer service teams to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Analyze sales results and develop innovative solutions to improve sales performance
- Schedule employees based on performance and manage payroll in a cost-effective manner
- Communicate sales goals and objectives to the team and ensure they are met and exceeded
- Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Coordinate tasks with the management team to ensure seamless store operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to analyze sales results and develop innovative solutions to improve sales performance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
